Why should dealerships have their concrete power washed?

Ever try to sell someone a $50,000 vehicle while they stand on a chunk of chewed gum? What about an $80,000 vehicle? Us neither! Dealerships present millions of dollars' worth of inventory but sometimes overlook the simplest thing.... their concrete. The salesroom floor has been buffed and polished to showcase their most important inventory, but the outside areas can be a different story.

Dealerships have a tendency to have waiting customers at all times. Maybe they are waiting for financing, or service to be completed, or waiting for friends or family to finish a test drive. Whatever the reason, the bottom line is that anytime customers are waiting they are creating messes. This isn't their fault! It's expected! If they spill their drink outside, they're not going to clean it up. They might not see when their kid spits a wad of gum, they're sick of chewing on the sidewalk. Many times, outdoor cleaning services go overlooked and can create a bad impression for your customers.

What about the curbs? Are they covered in rubber where customers have accidentally taken a corner too tight and hit the curb creating ugly streaks on the concrete? This is pretty normal for anywhere that people drive! But again, many times businesses overlook this eyesore for their customers. Or what about that big tree that was planted for shade? Now birds flock to it and create messes underneath. Do the landscapers clean that mess up? Probably not.

These are just a few examples of why it is recommended that dealerships have quarterly services scheduled for their concrete. Compared to the value of what they're selling, it only makes sense to try and create the cleanest and safest outdoor areas for customers. If you want any more reasons why dealerships should have their concrete washed, please contact us at sales@zpowerwashing.com.
